1. Layout 2 Sheet Of Aluminum Foil On A Cutting Board And Place Onions, Peaches, And Thyme On Center Of Foil.

 

2. Splash Oil, Vinegar On Peaches And Onions And Season With Salt And Pepper

 

3. Pull All Corners Of The Foil Together Forming A Pouch And Place On Char Grill For 20 Minutes.

 

4. Season Pork Tenderloin With Oil, Salt And Pepper And Grill For 15 Minutes On Med High Grill And Or Till And Internal Temp Of 135 To 140 Degrees, Let Rest For 5 Minutes Before Slicing.

 

5. Slice Pork Onto A Serving Platter And Top With The Peaches, Onions And All The Liquid From The Pouch.
