Stew's Annual Summer Picnic

The Summer Picnic is an all-day party, planned so that everyone, even our Team Members' families, can attend.  There’s a barbecue, swimming, raffles, music and dancing, special games for kids and adults, such as volleyball and Frisbee—and just a lot of fun. We guarantee you—no one goes away hungry!

Halloween

We celebrate Halloween with fun and prizes! Team Members are encouraged to come to work in family friendly costume and will earn a bonus just for participating. Additional prize money is awarded to the Best Overall, and second and third place winners.  Come in costume and get ready to join in the fun!

Children's Holiday Party

Every year, Stew Leonard’s throws a party especially for our Team Members’ children. It’s an evening of fun and games, arts and crafts, plenty of kid-friendly food and, of course, a visit from Santa Claus!

Team Member Appreciation Day

Every year we recognize our Team Members for their hard work throughout the year with a spectacular all day feast. We raffle many prizes throughout the day and it’s guaranteed to be a fun day for everyone.

Celebrating Anniversaries

As a way of saying thank you for years of hard work, Stew’s recognizes and celebrates anniversaries with awards, gifts, recognition in our daily newsletter, and a designation on name tags. Additionally, every Team Member celebrating a milestone anniversary receives a personalized card.

We recognize outstanding performance at Stew Leonard’s by giving a variety of awards throughout year, including Superstar of the Month, Cashier of the Month, the A.B.C.D. awards (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty), the Hall of Fame awards… and more! Showing our appreciation by presenting awards is just one more way that our organization focuses on recognizing excellence.
