Full-time Team Members are eligible to participate following 90 days of service.

Family And Personal Time Off
All Team Members, both part-time and full-time, are eligible for paid time off benefits. Each January 1, you are allocated a certain number of days off for the year, based on your years of service.

Retirement Readiness
Stew Leonard’s offers a 401k plan for eligible Team Members that includes a match- 50 cents for every dollar, up to 6% of your pay! We also offer Retirement planning classes once a year. These classes are geared toward Team Members reaching retirement age. Classes are presented by our 401k provider, Vanguard, and the Social Security Office.

Stew's Scholarship Program
Stew Leonard’s Scholarship Program is designed to help Team Members with the cost of their college education. The program awards $1,000 scholarship(s) for up to four consecutive academic years or until the student receives a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, whichever comes first.
