Grilled Sriracha Chicken Burgers
Topping these juicy chicken burgers with avocado slices and tomatoes creates a cool balance with tangy sriracha sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 Stew's Pepper and Onion Chicken Burgers
- Stew's Kosher Salt
- Stew's Fine Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 4 Stew's Brioche Burger Buns, toasted on the grill
- 3 Tbsp. Chick-Fil-A Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Sauce
- 2 Avocados, pitted and sliced
- 1 large Red Onion
- 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes, sliced
- Baby Spinach
Directions
Heat a gas grill to high (450°F).
- Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper. Brush the patties with oil and grill until golden brown and slightly charred, about 2 - 3 minutes per side.
- Place the buns on the grill to lightly toast.
Spread each bottom bun with some of the sriracha sauce. Top with the sliced avocado, onion, and tomato slices. Top each with a chicken burger and add the spinach leaves. Brush the underside of each top bun with the remaining sriracha sauce and place on the chicken burgers.
