Total Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Buttermilk
- 2 small Garlic Cloves, grated
- 1.5 teaspoons Stew's Kosher Salt, divided
- 1 pound Stew's Fresh Chicken Tenders (about 8 tenders)
- 1 1/4 cup Stew's Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 oz. Stew's Fresh Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 Tbsp. Stew's 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Stew's Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Stew's Bar-B-Q Sauce
Directions
Place buttermilk, garlic, and 1 teaspoon of the salt in a sealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag, and gently toss to coat chicken. Let marinate at room temperature, tossing occasionally, 30 minutes.
In the meantime, combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Preheat a 5.3-quart air fryer to 400°F for 2 to 3 minutes. Working with 1 tender at a time, remove chicken from marinade, and place in panko mixture. Gently press to fully coat on both sides.
Shake chicken gently to remove excess mixture and place in the air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining tenders.
Cook until chicken is crispy and golden brown, about 6 minutes per side. (A thermometer inserted into thickest portion of meat should register 165°F.)
