How to Prepare Shrimp for Shrimp Cocktail

The ultimate appetizer, cold cooked shrimp with our premade, spicy, tangy, tomato-based dipping sauce is super easy to make and something you can pull together in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Stew's Colossal EZ Peel Tail On Raw Shrimp, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Stew's Kosher Salt
  • Stew's Cocktail Sauce
  • Lemon slices

Directions

  1. Add the salt to a large pot of boiling water.

  2. Add in the shrimp and stir.

  3. Cook for 4 minutes until shrimp are opaque and pinkish in color.

  4. Shock in ice water to stop the cooking. Drain and refrigerate.

  5. Serve cold with the cocktail sauce and lemon slices.
