Servings: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • (2) 5-ounce Salmon Fillets
  • Kosher Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. White Wine, use what you drink! (Don't drink? Use water)
  • 2 knobs of Butter
  • Cooking Spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Spray layer of cooking oil in Pyrex baking dish. Place salmon in the dish.

  3. Pour wine into dish to surround Salmon.

  4. Bake for 14-16 minutes.

  5. CHEF TIP: Check for doneness by gently pushing the flat side of a wooden skewer through the thickest part of the fish. If it goes through with no resistance, it is done. If there is resistance, cook for another minute or so and test again.

  6. Serve with steamed broccoli and fresh lemon.
