“Produce Pete” Napolitano to Sign Copies of New Memoir at Stew Leonard’s Food & Wine Festival in Clifton
CLIFTON, NJ (October 1, 2024) – As part of their first-ever Food & Wine Festival, farm fresh food grocer Stew Leonard’s will welcome longtime friend, renowned fruit and vegetable expert, author, and TV personality Pete Napolitano to their Clifton store on Saturday, October 19 from Noon – 3:00 p.m.
Alongside co-author Susan Bloom, Napolitano will sign copies of his new memoir, They Call Me Produce Pete, in which he shares candid memories of growing up poor in post-WWII America, striving to achieve the American Dream, and landing unexpected fame as one of the nation's leading experts on produce. Sprinkled with touching stories, photos, and family recipes that have held a special place in his heart throughout his life, They Call Me Produce Pete is a nostalgic nod to simpler times and a must-read for anyone who dares to dream the impossible.
They Call Me Produce Pete will be available for sale, as will Produce Pete-branded aprons, oven mitts, and more.
