“Produce Pete” Napolitano to Sign Copies of His New Cookbook at Stew Leonard’s in Paramus
Paramus, NJ (November 4, 2024) – Farm fresh food grocer Stew Leonard’s will welcome longtime friend, renowned fruit and vegetable expert, author, and TV personality Pete Napolitano to their Paramus store on Saturday, November 23 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Pete, his wife Bette, and co-author Susan Bloom will sign copies of Pete's newest cookbook, In the Kitchen with Bette & Produce Pete, a heartfelt collection of favorite recipes and fond memories from the Napolitano family. He will also sign copies of his new memoir, They Call Me Produce Pete, alongside co-author Susan Bloom, in which he shares candid memories of growing up poor in post-WWII America, striving to achieve the American Dream, and landing unexpected fame as one of the nation's leading experts on produce.
In the Kitchen with Bette & Produce Pete and They Call Me Produce Pete will be available for sale, as will Produce Pete-branded aprons, oven mitts, and more.
About the Authors
With over 70 years of experience in the produce industry, "Produce Pete" Napolitano has appeared on a highly popular segment on NBC's Weekend Today in New York broadcast every Saturday morning for 30 years. They Call Me Produce Pete is the long-awaited follow-up to his first book, Produce Pete's Farmacopeia.
