Nevin Phillip
Vice President, Stew Leonard’s in Clifton

Nevin first joined Stew Leonard’s in Yonkers in 2009 as a cashier and he has steadily climbed the ladder of success, having held positions as a Cashier Trainer, Orientation Facilitator, and a Store Manager. In 2016, Nevin was tapped to join the opening team for Stew Leonard’s in Farmingdale as Receiving Manager; in 2017, he was again selected to help the farm fresh food grocer open their sixth store location in East Meadow, where he oversaw the Receiving departments for both Long Island food stores. He was named Support Director of Stew Leonard’s in Farmingdale in 2018. Since 2019, Nevin served as the Vice President of Stew Leonard’s in Paramus as well as that store’s Support Director and Executive Director.
A native of Yonkers, Nevin received his B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University in 2014. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and has recently traveled to Cuba, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Ibiza.
Madelyn Rodriguez
Director, Stew Leonard’s in Clifton

Madelyn Rodriguez joined Stew Leonard’s in 2000 at the farm fresh food store’s Yonkers location. She held positions as a Cashier, Childrens Tours & Events coordinator, Front End Supervisor, Front End Assistant Manager, and Store Manager before being promoted to the Director of that store in 2021. In 2023, she was selected to serve as the store director for Stew Leonard’s eighth store in Clifton, N.J. In her role as Director, Madelyn oversees the operations of the store, working with the store’s Vice President and management team to ensure excellent customer service and fresh products.
Madelyn attended Monroe College. She and her husband Angel are the parents to two daughters, Keziah and Kiara, as well as a beagle named Baby.
