Stew Leonard’s in Clifton Announces SUMMER 2025 in-store Family-Friendly Activities
WHAT:
Stew Leonard’s Clifton store will offer several activities for children over the coming months, including cooking classes, free face painting, free ice cream for students who get an “A” on their report card, and a water safety book reading.
During the cooking classes, children receive hands-on instruction in preparing various products as well as learn about the importance of measuring, cooperation skills in the kitchen and the importance of food safety. Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits, vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. The classes are conducted in a facility in which peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and other allergens may be or are present. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.

Stewie the Duck Book Reading

Stewie the Duck will visit Stew’s in Clifton for a very special book reading to celebrate Water Safety Awareness Month! Our costumed character, Stewie the Duck, will join his friends from the Stew Leonard III Water Safety Foundation to share his tips for how to be safe around the water this summer from the Stewie the Duck Learns to Swim book. Children will also enjoy coloring pages, and parents can enter for their chance to win a free month of lessons at Stewie the Duck Swim School, which opens in the fall of 2026 in Clifton.
