Blake's Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 Peaches, halved and pitted
- Stew's 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for brushing
- Stew's Hand-Packed Vanilla Ice Cream

Heat your gas grill or charcoal grill to medium heat.

Brush the cut side of the peaches with olive oil and place cut side down on the grill.

Grill for about 4-5 minutes until the peaches start to soften and grill marks appear.

Brush the tops of the peaches with oil and flip. Grill until the skins are charred and peaches soft, 4 – 5 minutes more.

Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
