Grilled Lemon-Garlic Scallops
Marinated in lemon, garlic, and Italian seasonings, these grilled scallops are the ideal seafood dinner. Serve over a fresh salad for simple meal.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Stew's 100% Italian Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of one Lemon
- 1 Tbsp. Stew's Freshly Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Stew's Italian Seasoning
- 1 lb. Stew's Frozen Wild-Caught Sea Scallops, thawed and drained
- 1 Family Size Stew's Garden Salad
- 1/2 cup Stew's Lite Italian Dressing
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and seasoning. Add the scallops, toss gently, cover, and put in the refrigerator to marinate for about a half an hour.
- Place the scallops on a pre-heated medium high heat (375°F) grill. Grill for about 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Toss the garden salad with the dressing. Serve the scallops over the salad.
