Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Mango Salsa
Brightly flavored mango salsa is the perfect topping for tender grilled shrimp. Generously sprinkle the shrimp before grilling with our Cajun seasoning that’s both slightly sweet and spicy.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 13-15 Stew's Colossal Raw Peeled & Deveined Shrimp, thawed and patted dry with paper towels
- Stew's Avocado Oil
- Stew's Kosher Salt
- Stew's Fine Ground Black Pepper
- Stew's Gourmet Cajun Spin Seasoning
- Stew's Fresh Mango Salsa
Directions
Prepare a charcoal grill or preheat your gas grill to medium-high heat (375°F) and scrape clean.
Skewer your thawed shrimp through the tail and head so that the shrimp is firmly positioned on the skewers. We recommend 5-6 shrimp per skewer.
Brush the top side of shrimp skewers with the avocado oil. Season generously with the Cajun Spice Seasoning. Pat seasoning into the shrimp.
Place skewers on grill over direct heat, evenly spaced. Cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Flip skewers and move to indirect heat. Close grill and allow to cook another 2-3 minutes. Shrimp should be firm and white/opaque on the inside.
Remove shrimp from grill and serve immediately with the mango salsa.
