Mixed Berry Easy Cobbler
This recipe uses frozen fruit that you most likely already have in your freezer. No thawing needed! The cobbler bakes up golden with a lightly crisped top that's mixed with warm and sweet blueberries and raspberries.

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. Stew's Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Stew's Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Stew's Ground Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Stew's Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 6 oz. frozen Blueberries
- 6 oz. frozen Raspberries
- Stew Whip
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add the melted butter to an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add the sugar and whisk all to combine. Stir the milk and vanilla into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Top the batter with the frozen fruit. Do not stir into the batter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown. Test center for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cobbler to see if set. If the toothpick comes out clean, it's done. If it comes out gummy or with crumbs clinging to it, the cake needs more time in the oven.
Serve slightly warm with Stew Whip.
