Pan-Seared Salmon with Chunky Avocado Salsa

Cool, freshly made salsa is great when served with flavorful salmon. This dish comes together in about 20 minutes, but if you're really short on time, doctor up some of Stew's Fresh Salsa with chunks of avocados and cucumbers

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Grape Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped Cucumber
  • 1 small Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Avocado, cubed
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh Cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Stew's Kosher Salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon Stew's Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 (6 oz. each) Stew's Naked Salmon Fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. Stew's Unsalted Butter
