Meet Bethy Leonard
“In 1984, I had just returned from France where I received my Master’s degree and fell in love with the French food and culture. I thought our customers would love it too, so I started baking fresh butter croissants in our Norwalk store. From there Bethy’s Bakery just grew and grew. Today our team of bakers start at 3 a.m. every morning, firing up the ovens to bring our customers the very best in breads, cookies, cakes, pies, and our famous apple cider donuts, made fresh in front of you all day long."

With 100 years of dairy heritage, our farm fresh, award-winning butter is made using the freshest milk from cows grazing in the pristine pastures of Wisconsin. It was 1 of the original 7 items when Stew Leonard's first opened in 1969.
