Juicy Grilled BBQ Lamb Chops
Lamb chops come out juicy and super flavorful on the grill every time thanks to a quick BBQ sauce that you can make in minutes.

- 8 Stew’s Loin Lamb Chops
- 3/4 cup Stew’s Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Stew's Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Stew's Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Stew's Fine Ground Black Pepper
In a medium pan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring throughout. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat grill to medium (300°F-375°F.)
Place chops on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip the chops and brush liberally with the BBQ sauce. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Flip one last time and brush with more BBQ sauce.
Cook until an internal temperature of 145°F or until there is no pink in the center. Remove from grill, cover, and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
